This Privacy Policy describes how KiraClip collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our service.

1. Data Collected

We collect the following data:

  • Identification data: name, first name, email address, account identifiers
  • Authentication data: information necessary for login (including via third-party services such as Google)
  • Payment data: billing information (processed by Stripe, we do not store credit card numbers)
  • Usage data: submitted videos, generated clips, usage history

2. Use of Data

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and operate the KiraClip service
  • Manage your account and subscriptions
  • Enable authentication and login to the service
  • Process payments
  • Ensure proper operation and security of the service
  • Comply with our legal obligations

3. Google Data

When using Google login, KiraClip may access the following data: email address, name, profile photo, and Google account identifier, solely for authentication and account management purposes.

KiraClip does not access other Google services (such as Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or Calendar).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share certain data with the following providers, solely within the framework of service operation:

  • Stripe: for payment processing
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: for service operation
  • Legal authorities: if required by law

Data from Google services is not shared for commercial or marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration necessary for service operation and as long as your account is active.

After account deletion, some data may be retained for legal or security reasons for a limited period.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data via the Support section of the service, by opening a ticket.

Following a deletion request, account data and data from Google are deleted within a reasonable timeframe and OAuth authorizations are revoked.

7. Security

KiraClip implements reasonable measures to protect personal data against any unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for service functionality (authentication, session).

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication.

Google API Compliance

KiraClip uses and transfers data from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
